What we do

We provide supportive intake, assessment and wrap-around services for youth aged 16–19 who are facing barriers to completing their High School education.

We offer a safe, youth-centered environment where individuals can access critical supports and build essential skills for long-term success. Through personalized guidance, advocacy, and coordinated referrals, we help youth navigate challenges related to education, mental health, housing, employment and more.
