We know many people living in social housing across Edmonton would like some help finding a job or improving their employment situation. We’re here to lend a hand.
Prospect’s Employment Plus program supports people in Edmonton’s social housing (or those on a waitlist) by helping participants build stability, confidence, and skills as they work toward employment, education, or other next steps.
Why Employment Plus?
Employment Plus offers more than employment support. Participants may have access to practical financial benefits that can make moving toward work feel safer and more achievable.
Benefits may include:
Finding employment that fits your goals and circumstances
Earning income without increasing your rent for one year
Financial incentives for reaching program milestones
Growing your savings through a matched savings program
Building confidence, skills, and greater financial stability
Our team can explain available supports and incentives during your first conversation.
