ArtRecruits is an art-based, skill-building program by Prospect that teaches workplace skills in the art studio instead of a classroom.
What to expect?
Participants in this program will:
build skills such as time management, communication, problem solving, teamwork, conflict resolution, stress management, planning, and the ability to work independently
create art, using different media and processes with the purpose of learning workplace skills and personal growth
engage a community partner in the creation of a joint art project and public exhibition
make progress towards job placement, career development or educational goals
