Throughout the year, Prospect partners with chambers of commerce, employers, and community stakeholders to host well-attended hiring events across Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Strathmore, Edmonton, and surrounding communities. These events bring together hundreds of Alberta’s employers and thousands of job seekers, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and successful hires. Prospect’s Employer Services Team works closely with participating businesses to ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone involved.

Recent job fairs have attracted significant attendance from job seekers and employers alike, with some participants reporting interview opportunities before the events had even wrapped up. Our Fall 2026 Airdrie Regional Job Fair attracted 50 employers and 604 job seekers, connecting local talent with opportunities across multiple industries. These hiring events demonstrate the value of connecting employers directly with candidates ready to interview.
