Looking for work? Prospect Human Services' regional job fairs are a great place to connect with employers who are actively hiring and ready to meet qualified candidates.
Throughout the year, Prospect partners with Alberta’s chambers of commerce, employers, and community stakeholders to host hiring events across Alberta, including Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Strathmore, Edmonton, and surrounding communities. These events bring together hundreds of employers and thousands of job seekers, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations, interviews, and successful hires.
The results speak for themselves. Prospect's Fall 2026 Airdrie Regional Job Fair, for example, welcomed 50 employers and 604 job seekers, connecting local talent with opportunities across a wide range of industries. Some job seekers reported interview opportunities before the event had even ended!
You could be next! Whether you're exploring a new career path, returning to the workforce, or searching for your next opportunity, Prospect's job fairs offer a chance to meet employers face-to-face, learn about current openings, and make valuable professional connections. Employers attending these events are looking for candidates with diverse backgrounds, skills, and experiences – including individuals who may have faced barriers to employment.
Beyond job fairs, Prospect offers free employment services designed to help Albertans succeed. From career planning and job search support to resume development, interview preparation, training opportunities, and connections to employers, our team is here to help you move forward with confidence.
